How to play lotto with Liechtenstein Lotto

Log in to you account. Click on Go lotto – weekly lotto.

Now you come to a page with a lotto coupon and lots of choices. Lines cost 3 dollars each (or 3 CHF or 3 EURO).

Do your own lotto lines

Fill in your lotto line or up to 5 different lines on the lotto coupon. 6 numbers + 1 additional number.
Choose the number of weeks from the pull-down list on the coupon. The default setting is one week but you can choose to play for a period of up to 50 weeks in advance.

When you make changes in the pull-down list you see the new total cost.

Click on Play.

You will then come to a thank you page (Ticket Confirmation).

A few words on likelihood before we continue. Chance completely governs whether a lotto line wins. You have exactly the same chance if you use your ”lucky numbers” as when you buy a randomly generated lotto line. There is only one way to increase your chances of winning – by buying more coupons. If you, like me, have the same line every week – or a randomly generated new line every week – then there is no difference in the likelihood of winning. Every new prize draw has the same conditions.

One old-fashioned way to make a completely random line yourself at home was to put scraps of paper in a basket and "draw lots". With the Liechtenstein Lotto you only ever need to click on a button to get a randomly generated line in one second. on the other hand involves choosing a few numbers and mathematically with a smaller number of coupons covering more chances to win – provided that these numbers go in. There are ready-made ones (click on the button) at Liechtenstein Lotto, you don’t have to buy expensive systems, and you don’t have to manually fill in lots of coupons.

System play

Let the computer randomly select your lotto lines

Click on A (Automatic) in your line or in up to 5 different lines on the lotto coupon. 6 lotto numbers + 1 additional number are randomly generated for each line.
Choose the number of weeks (Play those numbers for __ draws) in the pull-down list on the lotto coupon. The default setting is one week and you can choose to play for a period of up to 50 weeks in advance.
When you make changes in the pull-down list you see the new total cost.

Click on Play.

Let the computer randomly generate coupons, 2 - 100 coupons for 1 week

Decide first how much you want to play for; then you click on the Quick Pick you have played.

Click on Quick Pick 2 – or one of the other choices up to Quick Pick 100, for the number of lotto lines you want to play in the same week. The price is shown on the right.

6 lotto numbers + 1 additional number are generated randomly for every line.

Let the computer make randomly generated coupons, 1 - 500 coupons for 1-50 weeks

Under Random Tickets, write how many lines you want to play (max. 500) in the box.

Choose the number of weeks from the pull-down menu (random tickets in the next draws) – up to 50 weeks. You see what it costs under Total Cost.

6 lotto numbers + 1 additional number are generated randomly for every line.

LOTTO SYSTEM PLAY

Click on More ways To Play. You will come to a new page. The first choice is to extend current play.

Go past that to: WHEELED TICKETS

Fill in 7 of you own lotto numbers and a bonus ball. Place the pull-down menu on 1 week and you can see that it becomes a 7 line lotto system.

This then covers most numbers in different combinations in a way that mathematically increases your chances of winning lotto while at the same time the number of coupons decreases. It is then cheaper to play.

Add one more number (8 numbers) and you can see that the system creates 28 lotto lines.

Add one more number (9 numbers) and it you will get 84 lotto lines.

Change the pull-down menu between 1-2 weeks if the page doesn’t recalculate automatically.

Never click on Play until you are sure that you want to play the system and you know that you have chosen the right number of balls and weeks.

You can’t change your mind afterwards.
